- Welcome to PC-Write! This screen tells how to get started. First make
- a backup copy of this diskette. Then print or type the PC-Write manual.
- If you are familiar with software, see QUICKS.ME for more information.
- If not, read "Guide to Operations" manual about disk drives, diskettes,
- files, file names, and COPY and DISKCOPY commands, then read our manual.

- To make a backup copy of this diskette, put it in drive A and an empty,
- formatted diskette in drive B. Enter the command:
- A>COPY *.* B:
- If you prefer, put the DOS diskette in drive A and enter the command:
- A>DISKCOPY a: b:
- Use this copy as your PC-Write diskette. Save the original.

- To get the manual, enter either:
- A>PRINTMAN (print manual; best at 12 chars/inch)
- A>TYPEMAN (type manual on screen)
- The manual has about 180 pages. To print or type starting at any page,
- enter the number of pages to skip after the command:
- A>PRINTMAN 8 (skip 8 pages)
